UKHSA update on Scarlet Fever and invasive Group A strep.
The latest data from UKHSA show that scarlet fever cases continue to remain higher than we would typically see at this time of year.
If you are concerned about your child that is presenting with a sore throat / cough / fever / generally unwell please request a face-to-face appointment, we cannot safely assess a sick child in a telephone appointment.
