iCope (Camden and Islington Psychological Therapies Services)

The West Hampstead Medical Centre has two psychological therapists and one psychological wellbeing practitioner provided by the Camden and Islington iCOPE Psychological Therapies Service. There are times when everyone feels stressed or unhappy. Generally these times pass, but sometimes there are problems that do not go away and it can be harder to cope with them. At some point in their life, one in four people feels this way. If you need support you can refer yourself through the iCope website or by phoning 0203 317 6670. You can also ask your GP to refer you directly to the psychology service.

The iCope website is also a great resource to find free, confidential help for problems such as stress, worry, depression and insomnia.
